Informations
Cancellation is free within 24 hours of booking except for last minute bookings made 24 hours before departure.
After 24 hours of reservation, no refund possible due to cancellation or absence of the customer.
Tax refund only.
The reservation is only valid for the dates reserved by the customer and will not be exchanged or transferred to other dates.

Children are counted as adults. They must be accompanied by adults.
Confirmation is received at time of booking.
Passengers must send the operator, 24 hours before their departure, a copy of their passport or identity card.
The operator is not responsible for any delay in departure time if he has not received all necessary items on time.
No refund will be made if a tour / activity is missed due to delay or non-arrival at the cruise ship.
Arrival at the boat is one hour before the scheduled departure time.
The grocery list to be ordered up to 24 hours before departure and payment can be made upon boarding. There is a 15% surcharge for this service.
Fresh products (meat and fish) are not available.
